Minutes of AGM held on 14th October 2024 at St. Werburgh's Club

Chester and District Bagatelle League AGM 2024

Record of 2024 AGM meeting: held on 14th October 2024 at St. Werburgh's Club (no formal minutes taken).  

Chairman: Ed Wicks.   The evening was attended by around fifty people ( no accurate record was taken) and Ed brought the meeting to order shortly after 8pm.

1.    Election of Officials:

Chair - Ed Wicks, Secretary - Pat Wallace, Treasurer - Neil Davies, other committee members: Paul Anstey, Rob Bawn, Luke Evans, Rich Evans, Suzanne Johnson, Shaun Murphy, Nigel Walker, Pat Wallace, Martin White, Paul Williams.

No-one formally took any minutes, a brief summary is below.

2.    Statement of accounts: Were agreed.

3.    Proposals: All proposals were rejected.

4.    Any other business:

 Presentation of Trophies:  Trophies were presented by Ed and Neil after the AGM.
